Allow authentication via Apple Watch or TouchID/FaceID when accepting RDP certificate
When connecting to a remote server and the certificate cannot be validated (self-signed cert), a warning pops up:
Clicking "Show Certificate" and then "Always Trust..." allows you to accept the cert into your local store, so that you don't get this prompt again (for the life of the certificate, anyway, which is about 3 months) :
Then, because you are making changes to your local security settings, you are prompted to authenticate:
Please allow authentication by Apple Watch (and/or TouchID or FaceID when applicable) when working on a device that supports this method with a Secure Enclave. macOS supports this already for changing Certificate Trust Settings:
... but Microsoft Remote Desktop has no such option yet.
Since we have no option to Ignore or otherwise suppress warning about self-signed certificates, please make it easier to manually accept RDP certs into our Keychains.
