Add Ctrl-[ keybind to iOS "Microsoft Remote Desktop" app

  I'm using Magic Keyboard for iPad. "ESC" and "Ctrl-[" has same keycode 27, but iOS RDP Client app only recognizes "ESC". Nothing happened if I press "Ctrl-[".
