Acces connection center from homescreen

On a regular basis I have multiple sessions open. When I log off one of these session I’m returned back to the home screen. This is fine, however, you don’t have the option to view the open sessions. When you are in an active session, you do have this overview by tapping on the connection bar.

I would like to have access to my active session from the home screen.
