If you are new to Azure, you should start with AZ900 Azure Fundamentals, and then continue to the AZ-140 Azure Administrator.

Even having experience with Windows Server, it is recommended to learn how the Cloud works and then you will learn how to migrate into the Cloud or how to have a Hybrid environment.
