When WS 2022 to 2025 (and future releases) upgrade is now possible with flighting, will there be a GPO to disable or avoid it when app or licensing (e. g. no Software Assurance) not is not ready?

We had something like version pinning with Windows 10. Is this something customers could expect working the same way?

Yes, there is a GPO for flighting.
