Highly recommend Orin's SMBv1 review at the end of the video having it's own callout somewhere.
"...And in a deep dish pizza parlor somewhere, Ned Pyle is a happy man."
Enjoy that pizza, Ned. π

Since WSUS is to be deprecated, can we expect Hotpatching and Azure Update to be the mechanism that is to replace WSUS in the long term? As someone who is entirely working with servers on prem today, I'm a little hesitant to jump onto the Azure path.

As already mentioned and discussed at last community event regarding hotpatching for servers, please take onprem customers scenarios with configmgr and wsus onprem into consideration, that need hotpatches to be published into wsus: AMA: Hotpatching Windows - client and server - December 11, 2024 - Microsoft Event
If you would enable that scenario for Windows Servers i would expect many more hotpatch customers there regardless of the extra costs (if there are any). π
Thanks!
