Speaking of security, why does the "Pre-Windows 2000 Compatible Access" group still contain "Authenticated Users" by default? Are Windows NT and Windows 95/98 still so common place to make this the default?

You are not able to do a shared nothing live migration (via constrained delegation) in Hyper-V from a management workstation with an empty "Pre-Windows 2000 Compatible Access" group as long as you won't put the involved Hyper-V hosts in the "Windows Authorization Access Group" group. Not sure if it affects Failover Cluster, too. Did not test it yet.

I tried to empty this group out last year in my Windows 2022 / Windows 10 environment and one app in 1,000 broke. App is from '99 and will never die
