Strongly agree the experience on Web is sooo much better than in the Teams/Outlook app. Please make them consistent and use the web UI as the preferred model.

And I support this too - I only deliver end users training via the Web, never in the Teams app , echoing the feedback above - please, please replicate the Web version layout across all other Viva Engage access ways, it will make a huge difference to user experience and adoption.
