I prefer using Viva Engage on the web vs. in the Teams Viva Engage app, and one main reason for this is because on the web, I can see the names of my communities at a glance by default. In the Teams Viva Engage app, I have to expand the side panel each time. Has there been any consideration for making Communities more visible in the Teams Viva Engage app? Perhaps if the reverse were true, that Communities were expanded by default and could be collapsed, it would be a good compromise 🙂
- Strongly agree the experience on Web is sooo much better than in the Teams/Outlook app. Please make them consistent and use the web UI as the preferred model.
- And I support this too - I only deliver end users training via the Web, never in the Teams app , echoing the feedback above - please, please replicate the Web version layout across all other Viva Engage access ways, it will make a huge difference to user experience and adoption.
