    We have recently centralized the setup and management of Connections experiences along with the Home sites under Viva Administration in Microsoft 365 Admin Center. A global IT admin or a SharePoint tenant admin can access this new functionality under Setup-->Microsoft Viva-->Viva Connections to create and manage multiple Connections experiences.
