We are currently testing Viva Amplify and it seems to be working as expected. However, when we publish a campaign, both the members and the approver of the campaign receive two emails in their inbox. One email is sent as an audience and the other as a member of the campaign, which is quite bothersome. Could you please advise us on how we can minimize this duplication issue?

This is good feedback. Right now, we send confirmation emails to both sets of stakeholders to ensure everyone is aware that it's been successfully published. We'll look at how we can minimize or simplify the stakeholder notification process in the future.
