Great to hear from Gabriele about the interventions that were made. How did they measure the ROI for the initiatives? It's great to gather attendance rates from events and to get initial feedback from people but that does not necessarily equal actual benefits or returns from the interventions. I can see 3 measures which are from survey questions as that is possible to measure. For example how do you know that the the culture change is actually leading to outcomes - for example being more innovative, does the business see that this has happened as a result vs just having interventions that are positively received? In summary the key question is input vs outcome. Thank you
