Will universal print allow the ability to segment print jobs based off department?
So for an example if we had a multi organizational tenant and had 140k users we would want to be able to segment out and assign print jobs between the 10 organizations. If overages ended up occurring we would then be able to bill the appropriate sub agency.

Also, Brandon, check in the Universal Print Azure Portal how many jobs you have that come with Microsoft 365 E3 and E5 (if you have these). Each license comes with 100 jobs per month pooled at the tenant level. This might be sufficient for your org and if so, you don't have to track overage. More details are here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/universal-print/fundamentals/universal-print-license. Helps? Thanks.
