Are there best practices for assigning a printer to certain users? Should I be using an Access Package?
We'd like to designate certain printers with appropriate physical controls for printing CUI, and make those printers available to users we know handle CUI.

Hey Ryan - thanks for asking the first question. Can you clarify what you mean by "Access Package"? In Universal Print when you share printers, you can define which users or/and security groups have access to the given printer share. Only users who have access can find/add the printer and print to it. Additionally, you can push these printers on users Windows devices using Intune.- Hi Saurabh, I was referring to Access Packages in Entra ID- it's just a collection of bundled security groups. If printer shares can be assigned to security groups, then they can be included in an Access Package.
