Thanks Joakim. As of today, Viva Sales is supported for D365 and Salesforce CRM system. We will be supporting for additional CRM system in future but no firm timelines. We will be updating Viva Sales roadmap when we are ready for other CRM systems.

Hi Gaurav, Thanks for your reply. Understood. Even though you are not ready to allow more CRM integrations at this point it would be really great if some conceptual designs can be released soon, so us potential integrators can prepare our system infrastructure for the future connectors. I have heard the Viva Sales custom connector interface will be mainly utilizing Dataverse API, correct?

    Thanks Joakim. We are not releasing design and architecture right now but stay tuned for future updates. I wish I can share more details on this but please wait for some time.
