Hi David, Thanks for your enthusiasm about Viva Sales. Let me provide a bit of color regarding your questions:
1. Will there be a standalone Viva Sales app released for Teams which enables users to manage and browse their Viva Sales histories? We are in the process of actively designing a Teams app that will help to aggregate some of the data that Viva Sales brings to sellers in their flow of work. Thanks for your feedback around the scenario to browse and view Viva Sales Teams Meeting summaries, we will ensure this is part of our backlog.
2. Viva Sales is being added automatically to all of your meetings with customers (assuming scheduled from Outlook as described here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/use-viva-sales-in-teams-04286b82-bdf8-4e37-94ce-be1943b2d6ea#bkmk_createteamsmeeting ). For other meetings, currently you can just add the app manually prior/during the meeting.
Is your ask for an admin or personal setting perhaps that adds Viva Sales by default to meetings with External customers matching to your CRM? Would love to have more details about how the 'automation' would work for your usecase. Thanks!
