Hi all, thanks for hosting! In working with a client that's transitioning to Dynamics 365 CRM in Q1 2023 -- we don't want to overwhelm them with too much all at once, but we're definitely selling them on the idea what Dynamics is better than their current solution. What are a few quality of life improvements that our users can expect Viva Sales to solve for that aren't solved for by D365 CRM?

    Hi Jeff, Viva Sales is a CRM companion app that is designed to work with Dynamics and Salesforce CRMs today. It is not meant to replace Dynamics CRM but rather work with it to improve the work experience of sellers. Dynamics + Viva Sales is designed for sellers who mostly work from Microsoft Teams and Outlook apps. It improves seller work experience by:

    • Surfacing relevant business context from CRM into Teams and Outlook that sellers can easily share with their colleagues in Teams and Outlook.

    • Automatically sync customer engagement information to CRM to reduce the burden of manual CRM entries

    • AI insights to augment seller decision making
