For UK based tenants where is Viva Goals data stored? Is it in UK or EU based data centres? Is the data stored within our Azure or M365 tenant or separately?

Currently all Viva Goals data is stored in US based data centers. We are planning to launch capabilities to support EUDB regulations in Jan 2023 and at that point, EU tenant data will be stored within EU data boundaries.
