Within the Teams App there is an icon in top right 'Go to website' but this links to https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-viva/goals?rtc=1 rather than https://goals.microsoft.com. Will this be updated so that users of the Teams app can easily link out to the full web portal?

Yes, this will be updated in a future release of the Teams app, by March 2023. We will take you to the full web portal.
