Our org deployed a company-wide Team (with about 10 channels so far, everyone in the company is a member of this team and all of its channels) as the central communication mode. I'd love to see more resources for adopting Viva Engage when the workforce is already heavily invested in the org-wide Team structure. Need more evidence and case studies that show the benefits gained from moving org-wide conversations to Viva Engage and away from Teams.
One problem we have with a 6000 person team we've been using for a product rollout because we didn't have Yammer available yet is people creating channel meetings in the team. No matter what we're tried, we can't get them to stop, so that's one reason I'm happy about rolling out Yammer (Viva Engage).
