Per the exact instructions from Microsoft, we continually and repeatedly explained that Yammer is NOT being renamed. It's now being renamed. This seems to have been in the works for a while. How do you expect us to communicate this reasonably and fairly to our population, without looking like we're going back on our word?

Feel free to throw Microsoft under the bus on this one (though I agree with Steve/Murali that "never" wasn't part of their messaging).
