Is it possible to disable the new features, which will be able for Viva Suite customers only in future?

Yes, Leadership Corner can be turned off: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/engage/leadership-identification AMAs will soon be able to be turned off. Sentiment analysis can also be disabled, as can Answers in Viva.
