Hello, I have a question from a colleague for a customer need. Are there any prerequisites for enabling Yammer (not talking about deploying but enabling)? Another question was if there's a possibility to restrict communities creation to a specific people (through AAD groups for example)? Thank you in advance for your answers.

No there aren't any pre-requisites to enable the licenses. For restricting community creation, we honor whatever the M365 Group self-service setting is for the tenant. So if you restrict M365 Group creation then that will restrict who can create communities.
