Hi Andrew. The capability currently does not exist to deactivate the AMA feature for particular users, although we are looking into building toggles to allow for this.
Thank you. Similar to the how announcement feature is restricted, AMA event set-up should be too. Everyday users should no be setting up AMAs. It's should be a tool for communicators, community admins and leaders to use with their follower base.
