About Viva Connections: As an organisation that has not (yet) started using Yammer, what would the experience be for those organisations if they were to start using Connections without Yammer?

    Hey Ciara, If you do not have Yammer deployed you can still use Viva Connections, you just won't see Yammer conversations or announcements show up in the Feed. Meaning, that the feed will be comprised of only SharePoint news content and Stream videos.
