I'm not sure what could be happening here. Could you share if you see any errors or have had any issues with licensing or setup? Do you mean you cannot create a new demo instance?

About the card: on https://m365x336944.sharepoint.com/sites/operations/SitePages/Expanding-the-Digital-Services-Initiative.aspx nothing happens when I click on the active 'Digital Service Initiative' in the page title Cj . (this was in Chrome). About the new demo instance: because that existing instance is not behaving as I expected, I tried to create a new instance on https://cdx.transform.microsoft.com/my-tenants. Ha, now I see Microsoft Viva in the list of tenant options! Maybe it just got stuck... (hey, I can't @-mention you @tan or Cj)?
