About Topics, the demo environment: Should the Contoso demo with content pack M365 Enterprise 2019 with Viva/Syntex be fully functional and allow you to add topics? Or is it just a manually created, scripted demo?

    Yes, the demo tenant includes content and activity that will demonstrate the AI capabilities for automatically identifying topics. There will be a set of topics that are identified initially, then you can also manually add topics.
