Feedback could be useful if there was more information included, such as searches the user performed that day (or even last 5). If I have no idea what they were looking for and they leave a comment like "I can't find what I want" I have zero information to act on.

Due to data privacy protection, we do not associate search queries to specific users. We have started improving the Feedback function and giving an option for end users to send more data to the admins along with the feedback. We do not have the ability or a plan to associate search terms to specific users.

    Thank you for that information. Please do give users an option to add more information - and perhaps some instruction that the more information they provide the more helpful it is.
