I have the same question. The Search usage analytics in the MS Admin center is only marginally useful. I would have expected it to roll up all usage from across the tenant. I'd also love to see hub sites have their own rollup reporting.
Perhaps using Graph for custom exports to Power Bi or similar could be an option? , just my 5 € cents

We do not have a precise ETA at the moment, but we are currently working on including team site and hub site searches into all up numbers in analytics dashboard.
