It is still rolling out across update channels, once rolled out in your tenant, you will see a book icon in the prompt window in the right bottom corner that takes you to the lab.

Can we give end-users access to the lab. Is the lab connected to the tenant and files?

    Copilot Lab is a standalone website and is integrated into Copilot. Licensed users will be able to access it in both places.
