When will organisations who have purchased Microsoft 365 Copilot licences see the SharePoint Advanced Management features in their tenants? Will all the functionality appear simultaneously, or will it be phased in?

We plan to begin rolling out SharePoint Advanced Management (SAM) to customers who have purchased Microsoft 365 Copilot in the 1st week of February. We will roll out SAM in phases, completing the rollout in late March. All of SAM's functionality will be included as we roll out this change.
I understand that SAM license is per user based, and it is required for all users in the organization. One of our customer has Copilot license for limited number of users. Will they still be able to use all features of SAM? Especially they want to rename SharePoint domain name using SAM. Will it work?

Yes. As part of this change, customers who have a Copilot license/licenses within their tenant will have access to the full suite of SAM capabilities to include tenant rename.
