Hope you are enjoying this deep dive into The value of Identity Governance. What do you like about this event? Share your feedback here in the Comments and help shape the direction of our future events on the Tech Community! - Dean_GrossSilver Contributorhow do you recommend we ensure that attributes are populated when guest user accounts are added to the directory?
- Manoj_Reddy
Microsoft
If you on-board the guest users using Access Packages, you can do this by specifying the required attributes in the resources section of a catalog meant for external resources. You can find more details about this in our public doc and blog
- Dean_GrossSilver Contributorhow long are the logs kept for identity governance events?
- Peter van Leeuwen
Microsoft
All logs in Azure AD (and Identity Governance) are available for 30 days. If you need to retain the logs longer than we have the possibility to do log shipping (to a log analytics workspace).
- Dean_GrossSilver ContributorThanks, but that is not consistent with our observations. I am seeing Access Review approval history data from 2 years ago. I am trying to find out if that will ever be purged or if we need to implement log shipping for it (and if so, which logs contain that data)
