is there a cost to the NetSCOPE integration?

Hi Shavan - today, this integration is in Preview so no cost. I don't have any information today for what it might cost when the feature is generally available. It's through the Azure Marketplace.
Are sites/categories updated in real time so if for example bbc.co.uk was to be compromised it automatically becomes categorised a malicious and is this per site or specific pages so not all the site is blocked?

Hi Shavan - this is an important area for us to manage and we are always working to improve effectiveness and user experience. The categories you can choose from are all automatically updated, and today this is FQDNs. We will see this extend to URLs in the near future with TLS inspection.

can you block uploads but allow downloads for personal email and file sharing sites such as Dropbox?

We have some users that access sites that need to be seen coming from our office breakout IP is there a way to redirect this to an internal proxy or via VPN?

Hi Shavan - I would recommend having a look at our Source IP Anchoring documentation. You can configure traffic to route through Private Access, enabling you to know the egress IP for traffic to a particular SaaS app. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/global-secure-access/source-ip-anchoring
is there a roadmap for SSL inspection?

Hi Shavan - yes, great question. TLS inspection is a really high priority for us as it unlocks many necessary scenarios and features. It's coming very soon.
