1. Any thoughts towards creating a central Lighthouse-like MIG or RM function to consolidate this function across tenants? 2. Alternately, any thoughts towards managing MIG/RM configurations using Lighthouse?

We do not have at this time the ability to go cross-tenant for the MIG or RM solutions and the tenant boundary is respected, however we continue to improve our APIs to ensure those with a need to do some of this aggregation could achieve it through automation.
