We are currently unable to approve destruction of more than 600 items pending disposition from the Compliance Center. We receive multiple errors during the process. Some of our labels have move than 100K records due for destruction and as soon as we implement labels in the recently migrated projects records sites, we will have several million records due for destruction. Per MSFT support, the limit for bulk deletion is 500 items and this doesn’t work for us to destroy records at scale. Any thoughts how we work around these limitations?

As you mention, the supported limit is 500 items for bulk approval or deletion through the UX, we're working on new APIs which will enable further automation in cases when you need larger quantities of items to be approved. For any design change requests you could also contact support and submit your suggestion/request. - Thomas_GremoMar 29, 2022Copper ContributorRelated to this question, we have also seen an even lower limitation (200 items) in relabeling items in bulk.
