If you purchase a single SCU and only use it for one hour, is your maximum bill going to be $4? Or will it always be the minimum cost of $2880 per month?

USD 2920 and in the documentation is stated: "Estimate of the monthly bill is for 1 SCU provisioned for 24 hours daily for the entire month. SCUs are provisioned per hour and billed monthly". It is AlwaysOn feature awith no serverless option for now as I understand
