from privacy perspective we do not only have PII data in M365, but also in Azure and other systems. Does the Subject Rights Request or Priva as such also span to non M365 data?

Right now Priva Risk Management and Subjects Rights Requests supports M365. Microsoft is always looking to expand our support.
