What about enhancements to the transformations section? It seems very limited. For example it only allows 2 levels of conditions. When will we have for loops or conditional flows added in?

We did and do improve the capabilities over time. Have you seen the capabilities at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity-platform/saml-claims-customization? If this is not sufficient, please reach out to us via your account team.

  Ok. Now I see If...Else flows. Helps, but are we still limited to 10K characters which limits what we are trying to do?
