Hello, I am facing a problem today regarding the service: "Review - Translate – translate selected text" when using Word. When I select a text in order to transate it from English to Greek, this message appears:  

"This service could not be searched because you are not connected to the Internet. Please connect and try again.". However, I have internet connection. This morning I have communicated with Nisha on chat and with an employee on my mobile phone and they made several actions like unistalling and istalling office 2016, unistalling and installing languages English and Greek, checking settings, but my problem is not solved. Nisha told me to come in contact with you. Could you please help me with my problem?
