MGCI General Session spotlights the incredible work of Women in Tech and Allies groups across the Microsoft ecosystem—communities that model what it means to build inclusive, connected, and empowering spaces in tech. In this session, we’ll explore how these groups operate across Microsoft, partner organizations, and the wider community; the programs and initiatives they drive; and the tangible impact they’re having on belonging, leadership development, and career growth.

We’ll hear real stories from community leaders who are creating mentorship pathways, elevating new voices, and advocating for representation in every corner of the ecosystem. Whether you lead a group, support one, or want to learn how to activate allies within your own community, this session offers practical insights and inspiration.

Join us to celebrate the Women in Tech leaders and allies who are shaping the future—together.
