- What's the deal with the reduced storage limits (2GB) for Front Line workers F3 in OneDrive? Was this announced somewhere? I need to find something in writing from Microsoft to share with leaders and staff. Our users have started getting notifications that they are over or approaching their size limits and are raising the roof about the issue. Is there Are similar storage downgrades planned for E3 users?
- You can find all updated information about each plan here (link starts on Frontline SKUs): https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/frontline-plans-and-pricing - to my knowledge, F licenses got increased from 0GB to 2GB a few years ago - and that still applies.

E3 users will have 1TB, as documented here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/business/microsoft-365-business-basic- I'm well aware of the new limits. Trying to find something from Microsoft announcing the decreased storage for existing license holders. I didn't see anything in any of the blogs or a notice in the message center. How was this information shared with existing customers?
- How does Copilot determine which file is the most recent?
- hat if an older file gets 'updated' (merely opened and closed) by mistake? Will Copilot then consider that file as the latest version?
- Carter_MSFTNo, it needs to be edited. it uses the same logic as the OneDrive recent view, i would encourage you to check that out on OneDrive today.
- Carter_MSFTNot sure I understand the question, but the same way OneDrive has a Recent files view, Copilot will be able to have that same knowledge of when a file was last edited.
- Please make sure that when you rehearse, your webcam video is NOT covering content parts of the screens. Also, will we be able to get the PPT as before? If yes, where will it be available?

- I can't see the video for this event. We have strict security settings and I was away in August when I know you were all testing this. Is there a way to at least access the recording? Sorry in advance if I have missed instructions on what needs to be enabled :(

- Exactly the same issue, but appreciate the suggestion, thank you. Our accessing of the internet is heavily locked down/restricted as we are both healthcare and finance. I wonder if there is a site I can whitelist or something similar.
- I see "the video is not available with Restricted Mode enabled". As mentioned we have very strict security my side.

I'll try and summarize here, but may need to elaborate:
- Issues with hybrid work+personal desktop app.
- Hard to define main account/owner and how to correct when wrong?
- if you install while having already files in the destination folder, instead of comparing, duplicates files
- Sharing: I'm GlobalAdmin in a small no-profit, I disabled sharing outside the company, but this should be for users only, instead I have the same, despite my rights
- In Android: if set up to cack-up pictures in OneDrive, when you delete pictures from device, they still stay on OD. Result: clutter, double work to clean up and possibly space issues!
- Issues with hybrid work+personal desktop app.

- JessieHwangHi Beth - the new platform does not have PowerPoint Live like Teams meetings do, so the links are no longer clickable from the screen, but the presentation will be published to our usual Champion Resources page (link is not public but is in the newsletter that was sent out to all Champions last Wednesday).

mistake
- In regard to SharePoint design ideas - what would be the reason a user would not see this option if they have edit access to create pages?
- If someone has the ability to edit a page - in a site as a member or an owner - aka, can author, they would see the new SharePoint design options.
- JessieHwangLori - check with your IT admin to make sure you have the correct permissions. As Mark said, it should be available to you if you are a member/owner.
