- Can the approval feature be automated based on conditions - for example, if the type of event is "webinar", always send it to "Jane Smith" to approve?
- Will the Automate - Approvals feature be available for GCC?
- Manual sort of View tabs (and style/color) - will that come?
- Can you have guest users to become approvers in these lists?
- If they are in your global address list, yes. But not as an ad-hoc invited guest.
- Does the new list approval support serial and parallel approvals?
- Will you be adding new theme options so we can use custom colors or solid colors in place of the gradient background? Also, it would be nice if we could add a company logo to the Forms created from a List.
- Question regarding Microsoft Lists Calendar View - we've had a number of users request the ability to add recurring events when entering a single list item but I don't believe it's currently possible. What is the best approach when working with recurring events?
- Sharepoint Premium trial? Where can I find the link for this offer? I dont find it on the web, Coplit or in Microost services catalogue in Admin M365.

- On Microsoft List - How do you manage list with 1000's to 10's of thousands of records? We use it to track attendance/classroom sign ups. But the list becomes unstable after about 10k records, so we move them into archive list basically after we hit 5k to keep the list stable/responsive.
- Can Microsoft Lists work offline?
