Another question. Is the Rail or Sidebar with Teams icon appearing going away at some point? Another question - I have noticed that is you go to the new experience and back to the old or classic, Chat doesn't show Pinned and Recent, but shows the Sections (example: Favorites). Is that going to be fixed so when Chat and Teams shows on the Rail, Chat shows Pinned and Recent?

With the new chat and channels experience, you can choose to view chats, teams, and channels together in Chat, or to separate these and view chats in Chat and teams and channels in Teams.
When first starting the new experience, previously pinned items are now added to the Favorites section. Favorites essentially replaces pinning, and you can now have up to 50 items in Favorites. The Favorites section appears in the combined Chat view, or in both the separate Chat and Teams views.
You can create new sections as well, to organize projects and topics to your liking. In the combined Chat view, you can add chats and channels to your Favorites or customs sections. In the separate Chat and Teams views, your sections can contain chats (1:1, meeting, group) in Chat, and channels in the Teams view.
The ability to delete an entire chat is not showing up with the New Chat and Channels Experience. Is that coming back?

Hi Chris_Menard1715, to clarify this behavior in chats, instead of the Delete action for group and meeting chats, you can choose to Leave the chat. You'll be asked if you want to keep or remove chat history. Removing chat history will function as Delete did before, removing the chat history from your list.
For 1:1 chats, or chats you've left but not removed chat history from your list, you'll have a menu action Remove chat history, with the familiar trash can icon, to remove the chat history from your list.
