What is Microsoft's long-term strategy with Teams/Channels? How is the Product Team thinking about their role in an end user's daily communication/collaboration? What should be the first tool a user picks up?

Hi Matt, group chats are intended for ad-hoc collaboration on specific topics, while channels are intended for durable collaboration. So, I might spin up a group chat to talk with colleagues on another team for some questions I have for them. I might use a channel for ongoing collaboration with my team, where we have a meeting series for monthly reviews and where we store our shared files.
