Microsoft Teams new chat and channels AMA (Ask Microsoft Anything)

Users can customize the experience from More list options (…) at the top of the chat and channels list choose Customize view. User can choose to view chat and channels separately in the Chat and Teams apps like before.

Hi Paul, you can tell the user to go to Settings > Chat and channels > switch to Separate. This will separate Chat and Teams entry points. 

This is the thing I am most concerned about with this change. People are going to either love it or hate it and very little is being done to communicate how users should "think" about the change.
