Hello,
Could you please briefly explain how does ACS compare to Twilio? We are looking to build an IVR system and were wondering whether ACS provides things like text-to-voice, etc.
Also, can we port existing Phone Numbers from Twilio to ACS?

Toll-free and geographic numbers are eligible for porting. Not sure if there is any specific restrictions for Twilio.
