Hi, curious to know how some notification emails from Azure go to an individual person? We have service health alerts set up to a distribution list and we get those just fine. But some emails are sent to individual user accounts, and it seems some people get them and others do not. Today's, for example, a coworker with the same Azure AD roles I have and subscription owner access I have, received an "Action required: Update apps using Azure AD B2C to new redirect b2clogin.com" email and I did not. What is determining the emails that go to individual user accounts versus the distribution list we set up under service health notifications?
