Is there a roadmap for features related to Dynamics integration? I'm interested in routing PSTN calls to users based on attributes in Dynamics, is this possible/is there documentation? Thanks!

You can see some documentation here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/voice-channel-acs-resource We have more features coming in the future, but don't have any specific information to share at this point yet.
