InterviewAI takes the complete video interview of the candidates just by providing the job post link from LinkedIn or any other job portal. Customised interviews based on the company's details, job description, and candidate details and it's all real-time. For example, the candidate had applied for an HR Manager job at Microsoft India, and after initial greetings, the avatar asks a question like where did you work last? (if the company provided the candidate's resume then it already knows it) if the candidate answers something like I worked at Flipkart as HR Manager and I was handling policy creation for the company then Avatar will ask "What kind of policies were you creating at Flipkart? What was the impact of it?". Mostly built using different Azure services including Azure AI Studio.
