Unexplained Ban when Sleeping

I woke up this morning and turned on my console to

find out that I have a suspension which lasts until tomorrow and started at 5 AM when I was sleeping if you consider Eastern standard time that would be 2 AM Pacific standard time. It is not specific as to what I’ve done which is absolutely nothing with the console being off and why I have a 24 hour multiplayer suspension. These things should be explained to users or could create legal problems due to the fact that this is a waste of a day for a game pass service that I pay for with no explanation as you can see, it tells me I violated community guidelines at 5 AM in the morning when I was sleeping so that would make no sense. The date and times also are pretty weird. Today is the 12 and it says the suspension is two days, but it ends tomorrow this doesn’t make any sense help please
